What is NCU?
Nalco Customer University is the definitive source for knowledge on operations that utilize water in industrial applications.
- For Operators, NCU provides high quality interactive web based training along with simulations to encourage knowledge transfer as well as provide certificates of completion.
- For Management, NCU offers a turnkey approach to monitoring, tracking and reporting the progress of each employee. Competency tracking as well as pre and post testing is performed to provide a measure of knowledge transfer.
The NCU offering provides management with a consistent training message for all operators while allowing operators to take the training on their own time and at their own pace.
Courses will initially be offered for Boilers, Cooling Towers and Water Preparation.
