Q. Who do I contact if I have problems logging in?

A. If you're having problems logging in, contact the Customer Care Center via email at ncu@nalco.com or call them at 866-288-3517.



Q. How do I see my registered courses?

A. Once you've logged in, click the link on the left-hand side that is labelled "My Transcript." This will show you courses you've finished, have started (but haven't finished yet) and new courses you're enrolled in.



Q. Where are the classes listed?

A. You can get a complete listing of classes by clicking on the link labeled "Catalog."



Q. What if I'm missing a class?

A. If you are missing a class you know you were signed up for, contact the Customer Care Center via email at ncu@nalco.com or call them at 866-288-3517.
