Answers about courses
Q. Where's the list of my completed / current classes?

A. Once you've logged in, click the link on the left-hand side that is labelled "My Transcript." This will show you courses you've finished, have started (but haven't finished yet), and new courses you're enrolled in.



Q. How many times can I retake a class?

A. A class may be repeated as many times as you like. You have access to the courseware for up to one year after your original enrollment. After this time, a maintenence license fee
must be paid to retain access to the course.



Q. What do the statuses mean?

A. - Enrolled - You are signed up for the class and it is available to start immediately
- Incomplete - You have started a section, but stopped in the middle
- Complete - The section of the course is completed
- Not Attempted - You haven't tried this section yet



Q. How do I get my certificate?

A. Upon satisfactory completion of a certificate course, a certificate will be mailed to you. If you don't receive your certificate, contact the Customer Care Center (866-288-3517).



Q. Once I receive my Certificate, can I go back and look at materials?

Q. Can I get a paper copy of the course?

A. These courses are designed specifically for the web and can't adequately duplicated on paper. For this reason there is no paper version available.



Q. I've never enrolled, how do I start a course?

A. - Log in with your username and password
- Click on "My Transcript" on the left-hand side of the web page
- Click the link "Enter the Course" next to "Taking an NCU Course"
- Click the link "Enter the Lesson" to start the lesson
