Q. Where is my transcript located?

A. Your transcript is now included in My Learning Plan. The first page displayed for My Learning Plan is your learning plan summary, which shows Learning Activities In Progress and Planned Learning. To view completed learning activities on your transcript, click the Transcript link at the top.



Q. What is planned learning?

A. A learning activity is planned if it has been added to the learning plan. Learning activities can be added by students themselves, a student's manager, or through a group learning plan. The Summary page has a designated area for Planned Learning. Additionally, the Plan Details page contains details for all plans to which a student has.



Q. Where did my certificates go?

A. Certifications are now located on My Learning Plan. By clicking on the link at the top, you will be able to see all required certifications as well as a history of your certifications.



Q. What exactly is Nalco Customer University?

A. NCU is the premier provider of training for operations that utilize water. NCU leverages the Internet to provide just-in-time training to operations personnel at all levels of experience, transferring our wealth of knowledge to your employees.



Q. Our Nalco representative has always helped with training our operators. Is this going to change?

A. No, your Nalco representative will continue to help train your employees. NCU courses are designed to provide a consistent grounding in fundamentals for all personnel, enabling your Nalco representative to help address issues specific to your equipment and chemical operations. Additionally, the availability of NCU courses will allow you and your representative to work together to extend training well beyond what you would traditionally expect.
